Todd McNiff , MD, MSPH

Dr. Todd McNiff is the founder and medical director of Sullivan Street Medical, established in 2010 to provide compassionate, inclusive healthcare tailored to New York City’s LGBTQ+ community, with a focus on Gay men’s health.

Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. McNiff specializes in HIV prevention and treatment, PrEP management, and primary care. He holds an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Wesleyan University, a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on Tropical Medicine, and a medical degree from Ross University. He completed his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach and serves as an attending physician at NYU Langone Medical Center.

A published author in HIV medicine, Dr. McNiff is committed to advancing LGBTQ+ healthcare and creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels supported and respected.

Chloe Godwin-Gorga, MD

Dr. Chloe Godwin is an integrative primary care physician certified by both the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine. Her holistic approach to health began at Brown University, where she studied community health and developed a passion for comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Originally from North Carolina, Dr. Godwin has called Brooklyn home for the past 14 years. She specializes in women’s health, thyroid health, and integrative primary care, combining evidence-based medical practices with holistic wellness strategies to support patients on their health journeys.

Theodore Miller, FNP-BC

Theodore (Ted) Miller is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Sullivan Street Medical with specialized expertise in Family Medicine, HIV and Infectious Disease, Women’s Health, and LGBTQ+ Affirming Care. He is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is recognized as an HIV Specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVS).

Ted holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree from Chapman University. He is also actively involved in education as a clinical instructor and guest lecturer at the Yale School of Nursing.

With a strong commitment to advancing healthcare knowledge, Ted has authored several publications on topics related to HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and infectious diseases. His passion for patient care and education ensures that his practice remains at the forefront of medical innovation and compassion.

Scott Nelson is a Physician Assistant at Sullivan Street Medical specializing in HIV medicine, LGBTQ+ healthcare, and primary care. With experience in chronic disease management and a passion for providing inclusive, high-quality care, he focuses on the health needs of Gay men and the LGBTQ+ community.

Before relocating to New York, Scott practiced at Gila Internal Medicine in Tempe, Arizona, and volunteered at the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS, offering outreach, testing, and education.

Scott holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University-Glendale and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Biotechnology from Brigham Young University. He is certified in ACLS and BLS, with active licenses in both New York and Arizona. Fluent in English and Spanish, he continues his professional development to stay current in his field.

His expertise includes HIV prevention, LGBTQ+ healthcare, chronic disease management, cardiology, and travel health.

Scott Nelson, PA-C

Anisha Sarver is a dedicated Physician Assistant at Sullivan Street Medical with experience in urgent care and sports medicine. She is passionate about preventive care and building lasting patient relationships.

Anisha earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2022 and has since practiced in both Boston and New York City. Her expertise includes orthopedic assessments, diagnostic testing, and comprehensive patient management. She is also proficient in a wide range of procedures, including joint injections, suturing, and wound care.
